By "doesn't seem to work", I mean that whatever URL I type in, it only displays a blank page with my URL echoed back to me.

it should work with the most updated version of Internet Explorer, Safari and other KHTML browsers, but Mozilla based do not work. Sorry.

My roommate was testing it out with Internet Explorer for Win XP before and wasn't sure what it was suppose to do, so he said it worked with Win XP when it didn't. But, it should work now. There was just one line of code I needed to take out that was in there for debugging purposes ironically.
