I just got kicked off of FreeRepublic for trolling! Heaven forbid some one should try to inject sense into their discussions.
They actually said:
************************* Your posting privilege has been revoked.
Reason: troll **************************
Now what will I do to have fun with Conservatives?
:silly:

What did you say that got you kicked off? Inquiring minds want to know.
I can't even get registered there.

2. I was kicked off after 5 minutes |
|
In April of last year I posted one question
"Now that the war is over, do we have permission to criticize the president again?"
I was booted, but I was wrong for saying that the war was over.

4. What is DU's policy for trolling? |
|
I think it's rather restrictive of free-speech to deny anyone access to a web-site with out a really good reason.

They were talking about the casket photos and vilifying the two ladies involve (the one who took the picture and the one who forwarded it to the Seattle Times.) I defended them. There was a little back and forth on that. I told them such childish name calling did not raise the level of political debate in this country. Guess they aren't interested in doing that.
Today, I posted Pat Buchanan's article. They block articles from antiwar.com (!) so I found it on World Net Daily News and posted it from that site.
Next, they wanted everyone to foward around this veteran's letter about how Kerry wasn't a war hero because in WWII....etc. And I commented that it could backfire on them because after all, at least Kerry volunteered to go to Nam whereas Bush had used his family's political influence to get into the National Guard and then not completed his duty. That's probably what did it. Opinion is one thing, truth another.
