Heard at a party a while ago - "Anything Hillary Clinton's for, |
|
I'm AGAINST!" to a bunch of laughter from his kamrades.
I wish that I had the chance to go over and ask him then if he was against the Patriot Act and the Homeland Security, since Hillary voted for both.
But, being a guest at a friend's function, I decided to keep the peace instead of stooping to this asshole's level.

1. I refuse to keep silent |

A simple, "Good lord, do people realy think like that?" and a stroll away would do it.
Silence = tacit approval. I disapprove. If they want to yap about politics at a social gathering, they can take the consequences within mild, socially acceptable limits.

A tacit approval just reinforces an opinion.
