Fla. Judge rules a foreclosure illegal because bank FORGED the summons on home owner.

The court found out the summons/foreclosure notice was dated same day of foreclosure,
AND that the summons signer lived half a state away from the
person who supposedly notarized the signature, thus the court threw out the foreclosure.
For some reason, the bank decided not to appear at the hearing which uncovered these facts.

Shouldn't someone be investigated and arrested to stand trial?

6. This is one of several recently reported "frauds" upon courts.

You would think that one of the judges would refer the case to the DA, wouldn't you?
Hasn't happened yet.

First lesson in law school, never piss off a judge.

Second lesson in law school, never take the case of an attorney who has pissed off a judge.

Third lesson in law school, if you pass the bar, you are an officer of the court. As such you may lie, cheat and steal on behalf of your client. You may be a real bastard and ruthless to boot. You can charge huge fees and deceive people for a fee. But, you never piss off a judge.

2. So is the court going to order that all their forclosures be examined? If I was a homeowner

who had been forclosed on, I'd sure as heck go see if the same thing had happened in my case.

Some of the web sites tracking foreclosures are reporting more and more people ARE going to court.
Sadly, same websites are reporting some courts are just rubber stamping the bank's papers and even not allowing
the homeowner to present evidence of fraud.
guess it depends on what the individual judges are interested in.

If so, then it is a "person" and should be locked up in jail.

I know in Texas we are required to keep a log book and get id and signatures.

10. There were a whole bunch of these recently from CITI, as a result, foreclosures

have been halted in 24 states, so this is good news...I wonder if other banks are doing it too?
