For me, that one would be a pair of offices for my wife and myself, since we're both self-employed writers.
We actually did live in a 400 sq. ft. house for many years. 20'/20'. It had a loft bedroom. We rented office space for a surprisingly low amount of money.

40-foot high-cube containers cost $1800 each. Get two, weld them together, install doors, windows, insulation, etc., and you'll have twice the square footage for less money.
