Remember the outrage about the Ports deal with Dubai?

Rethugs as well as Dems were incensed and spoke loud and long about a foreign country, namely Dubai, taking over our ports. We were then led to believe that something different would be worked out and the ports mentioned would not be controlled by Dubai. They were to find another buyer or some nonsense like that and it never happened. The original deal with Dubai went through and no one has hardly mentioned it. That proves, once again, that this administration does what it pleases and takes no ones advice. Seems as though this act of just bypassing the promises would qualify a person to lose their job as in Impeachment.

I thought that Dubai had sold or promised to sell control of the US ports to another entity - and that entity was (I'm not kidding) The Calyle Group or Halliburton.

The deal went through. It's 23 Ports, not 6 as widely reported. Haven't you wondered what happened...why no further news coverage? I have. Here's an update, dated July 23: ...
