what the probability of the bush cabal starting an attack on iran to boost the cabals canidates in the next election? or are they most likely to fake another terror attack and end free elections because of it.

I wouldn't put it past them to do basically anything to retain power, however.
If they really want to go into Iran, and if they can get China and Russia to the edge of accepting it as inevitable, a false flag terrorist attack would certainly facilitate such an action. However, they would have to make sure it was seen as absolutely Iran (or at least Muslims) by the international community. A failed false flag op would really land them in the deep water. It's a very complicated risk/reward dichotomy.
