Does Bush really want "victory"?

I really think that HAVING the war is much more important to Bush than WINNING the war -- if it ever was winnable at all. I think the outcome is irrelevant to him so long as he can keep it going.

4. bush has a track record as a failure and he doesn't want to add........

his presidency to the failure list. For HIM it is too late, HE has once again completely failed at HIS job, BUT HE is also in perpetual denial and refuses to accept reality. bush is stalling to make decisions and will do whatever is necessary to make certain the end and likely failure of 'his illegitimate war' happens on the next president's term in office. This will allow HIM to believe in HIS mind that the outcome of 'the war' was NOT HIS responsibility or fault.

5. I heard John King

telling Wolfie that Bush and his cronies point to all the other 'unpopular' war presidents and how it will take 20 years or so of history to show that W really is a good guy. My first thought was, "Good for what?"

These people are in such denial it makes me sick.
