BOSTON -- State health officials are recalling a line of cheese made by a Westport company.
The Department of Public Health says packages of certain soft cheeses known as Portuguese Cheese made by the Martin Cheese Company may have had inadequate pasteurization.

The affected products are made with both cow and goat milk and are found in hard plastic containers of various sizes or packaged in clear plastic wrap.
Health officials says they were sold in ethnic markets and other outlets in eastern and central Massachusetts, as well as Rhode Island.
No illnesses linked to the cheese have been reported.
The recall was initiated after sampling and testing by the Department of Public Health.
