Suspicious package detonated at OSU

Several buildings on the Ohio State University campus were evacuated this morning after a suspicious package was found in a stairwell.
Baker Systems Engineering Building and several other neighboring buildings along Neil Avenue were evacuated between 17th and 19th avenues at about 11 a.m., 10TV News reported.

Police said there was some type of repair kit inside the briefcase, 10TV's Angela An reported.
It was the second day in a row that police responded to a report of a suspicious package on the university's campus. On Monday, investigators were called to the Recreation Center because of a package that later turned out to be trash.
