would be too concerned about those types of technicalities, should a Blackwater employee end up caught for doing something nasty ... I hear the penalties for rape can be especially horrific ...
You know, you get caught stealing once, they cut off your hand. You get caught lying, they cut out your tongue. You rape someone ...
Actually, I think there was a case where they were going to stone the victim, having not provided two male witnesses attesting that the accused had raped her ...
