rules of airspace when the reporters can't fly over the Bolivar Peninsula in Texas?

I say this is a good step for those of us who are still upset about the defeat of trade nullification in the early 19th century. John McCain is still pissed about his longtime friend and colleague John Calhoun's efforts to override the federal government failing.
