So ... "Judge" Napolitano implies that President Obama was breaking the law by |
|
taking out, or "assassinating" Osama bin Laden ... implying that President Obama was acting illegally/unconstitutionally, and outright stating that President Obama is more dangerous that ObL ever was ...
What does that mean, then, when you are saying that military actions "killing terrorists" would likely be illegal and punishable, does that mean that all those "#2 al Qaeda" guys that Bush touted as victories ... are they all actionable and punishable?

That's what Napolitano's argument amounts to: sympathy for bin Laden because he should have been accorded due legal process.

I never hear what he says because I'm so distracted by his hairline. I've never seen anyone whose hairline starts above his eyebrows. The guy has no forehead.

Repubs will probably continue to step in it for months to come. Their only real hope in 2012 is to pin the economic mess on Obama, Geithner and their good buddies, the Wall Street bankers. Should be entertaining.
