I got my non-residence Utah CCW permit three weeks before my resident Kansas CCW permit!

The Kansas one showed up this week. I had the Utah one a month ago. I filed the paper work the same day.

And the Utah permit was about $60 less.

Kansas needs to work on the CCW process. Utah knows how to implement it much better.
