Polls close at 8 PM Hawaii time .... 10 PM PST .... 1 am EST ....
(edit: Hawaii is 2 hours off from PST, not 3 .... sorry)

According to an article in the Honolulu Advertiser, those in line by 7:30 will be allowed to vote. http://www.honoluluadvertiser.com/apps/pbcs.dll/article?AID=/20080219/BREAKING01/80219057I expect exit polls and projections shortly after 12:30 EST.
