16. No really, Clinton has a chance, really |
|
She only need 70.25% of the vote in the last 6 contests, plus Florida and MIchigan votes to count, plus 25% of Obama's Supers to defect!
See, it's REALLY possible!

88% of the people in Indiana who said they were voting for McCain in November supported Clinton. Dittos, Hil! http://www.cnn.com/ELECTION/2008/primaries/results/epolls/#INDEM

But there is a bit more too it than that.
That answer is if the question is between Obama and McCain in Nov.
We need to look at the one on page 1 as well.
If the question is between McCain and Clinton - 16% overall will pick McCain. Hillary has 41% of those. Thats about 83.000 of Hillarys voters that will vote for McCain even if Hillary is the nominee.
For Obama his number is about 27.500.
That gives Hillary an advantage in the voters that would never vote democratic under any circumstances of over 50.000.
If such voters hadn't voted Obama would have won Indiana.

No I wouldn't! Clinton is gentleman and wouldn't do such a thing! Clinton is going to win because Obama will suddenly realize she's a better person than he is!

otherwise you are embarrassing yourself. Obama's win in NC wiped out all the gains Clinton had made in Pa and the small gain in Ind.....it's over.

It did sound almost real though, eh? Some people almost want to call this a win, until they see Clinton is further behind.
