I know many of us think the MSM is holding back information to make the election a horse race. I can understand their rationale, I mean capitalism and all that, I get it. Here's what I don't get.
Either way you slice it, this is a historic election--either the first African-American is going to be elected as President of the US or the first female VP. Why do they not think this will drive viewers? Even if Obama wins in a landslide, people are going to tune in to "see" history be made. Even if McCain* wins (Dog forbid), people are going to tune in to "see" history made.
It seems they are missing the huge historical implications this election will have and are so focused on the numbers, they aren't seeing the obvious hand waving in front of their faces.
