Looks like the youth vote might be coming through |
Just anecdotal, but perhaps shows a bit of a trend...on our local news in Kansas City, the reporter mentioned how many young first-time voters were lined up at one of the biggest precincts in South KC. My sister called a few minutes later after voting in another South KC precinct, and she was stunned - at least half of the voters who lined up with them at six this morning were in their 20's. She's voted in that precinct for years and said she's never seen so many young people at the polls.

6. I was thinking about that last night. A similar thing happened when JFK ran. |
Also a fairly high youth vote for Clinton, and now apparently for Obama. Doesn't that indicate young people just can't get interested in the "OLD WHITE MAN" cndidate? IF there's any truth to that, wouldn't you think the major parties would have figured it out by now?

8. You young folks kick some Republican butt out there today. Do it for |
yourselves, and for us older folks, but most of all, do it for your kid's kids.
