I think I will start reminding my Repug friends of all the extra powers Obama has, thanks to Shrub |

I wonder if it has dawned on any of the minority that all those powers of the "unitary executive" that Bush and Cheney cried terror terror to get will belong to that one President Obama on January 20, 2009? He will have a larger majority in Congress than Shrub ever had. He also has a mandate by popular vote, something that Shrub never had.

6. Yes, the shadow vice presidency, is it under the legislative branch or the executive? |

Thanks to Cheney, the vice presidency is now more powerful then ever. I think Obama and Biden will dial that back quite a bit to the days of Al Gore, who was a great VP.
