Way to go Shari! A DU moderator from Alabama, that's terrific. I think I speak for all of the members when I say that we appreciate what you the Mods/Admins do to make DU the best political forum on the net.
And oh yeah, your son is very proud of you. And now, if we can just work on your Crimson Tide/Tigers hangup you'd be in really good standing. ;)

I really appreciate your words, son. I was really honored to be chosen to serve as a moderator, and my respect for those who have done this before me has shot up exponentially after just 24 hours into the job!
As for the other point in your note...don't tell me I have offspring that wears red and white in November?!! Oh dear, dear, dear...this won't do AT all!
