Lisa as the Libertarian candidate...d'ya think it'll happen? |
|
She'd have to be able to prove to the L's that she'd be a shoe-in in the fall...is that likely?
She's also have to be pretty damn sure she could win this way...because it would destroy any shot at her getting the nom against Begich in '14, or any other Repub nomination in any other race.
What do you guys think?
And do you think it helps or hurts McAdams if she does go for it?

it is not gonna happen...first off she is not a libertarian. and even if the rank und file accept her...she won't act like a libertarian in office...now if the unlikely does happen...she will probobly hurt scott more becouse she will siphon off likely moderate voters...

3. I don't think the Libertarians will accept her. |
|
I'm not sure about whether it would hurt or help McAdams. The upside is that Lisa and Joe would be so busy fighting amongst themselves that Scott could take the high road and impress people with his reasonableness. The downside is that, at least according to that poll around the time of the election, Lisa could beat both of them. I'm not sure about that now, though.
The stark contrast between McAdams and Miller is good. Lisa kind of muddies the waters.
