What d'ya think Lisa's write-in campaign does to McAdams' chances? |
|
I really hope we don't see people Outside suddenly trying to present Lisa as the Charlie Crist of Alaska.

1. I'm kind of worried that it will hurt him |

because she splits the "reasonable people" vote -- although if things get really down and dirty between Miller and Murkowski, as they no doubt will, Scott may benefit by being seen as the adult in the room. Also, I think a lot of people may perceive that Lisa is a sore loser, and if Miller as an alternative scares them, they may go Scott's way.
I noticed Scott has gotten quite an influx of money at Act Blue over the past couple of days. The last I checked it was $207,000+.

2. Well, one thing we CAN hit Lisa hard with is this: who the hell will she organize with? |
|
There's no way the regular 'pugs will just take her back as if nothing's happened(they've already said she'll be stripped of her committee assignments and seniority for staying in the race as a write-in)and there's no way she'd feel comfortable crossing over to the Dems.
