| Where is your favorite place to buy burritos in Phoenix? |
|
I can't remember the name, just know how to get there. I think it is at Garfield and 14 or 12th. street. All I know, I can get myself there. Their burritos are fantastic. I know someone here knows who I am talking about.

| 3. Dos Pesos, from a long time ago, was really good |

they closed down though, I think the place they used to be at is now a check cashing center, it's on 19th and Indian School (I think), the place with Zia's in it, near an OfficeMax or something.
Burritos aren't really my thing, if I'm in the mood for one I make it myself. Here's something you should try: take some ground beef (thawed), sear it a little bit in a frying pan, then dump a bunch of salsa on it, turn the temperature down, and stir it around until most of the liquid is gone. You'll know it works if the meat tastes really good. Basically, then, wipe out the frying pan with a paper towel or something, turn the heat up and put a tortilla on it for a short time, just enough to start making it hot. Take the tortilla out, put the meat in with cheese and whatever else you like, fold it into a burrito shape and throw it back into the frying pan... make sure to fold it completely shut, not with one end open (a la Taco Bell), fry it until each side is a sort of brown-ish color, let it cool off and eat.
Eh. I like it.
The Mexican food place I go when I really want some good food is Mi Patio, on the SE corner of 7th Avenue and Indian School-- walking distance from my house. They have the best chimichangas there... better then Macayo's.
