Have you checked out the M&M show on 1010? |
|
This is the best show on 1010. This show and Randi are on my MUST LISTEN TO list. But M and M are local guys:thumbsup:  They aren't afraid to talk about anything, fraud, 9/11 unanswered questions, DSM. They really get their audience going. They are only on Sat from 5 -7 pm. And the 2 hours fly by.
I'm giving them a plug here. They deserve it, and they deserve more air time then management is giving them.
Check it out...and let me know if you agree.
Steve and Fred McChesney The M & M Show 5-7 PM Saturdays Two brothers, Fred and Steve McChesney, mix Berkeley and Phoenix liberalism for a unique blend of news, talk, and humor. They leave no right-wing myth unchallenged, and their take-no-prisoners style and biting wit keep their growing base of loyal listeners entertained and informed. They take all calls, right and left; and are known for their knowledge of the issues, aggressive style, thought-provoking segments, biting satire, and rollicking commercial parodies.
Provocative, unconventional, irreverent, entertaining, and opinionated; the M and M brothers are quickly becoming a force in progressive talk radio in Phoenix.

They tell it like it is and they're very funny and enjoyable. I got hooked on them a couple weeks ago. Unfortunately, I didn't get to hear them today.

2. they started out about medical marijuana and ended up on was 9/11 .. |
|
an inside job. And talked about dsm in the middle, and more. Was better than most shows.
They were ranting about the medical marijuana, saying how tobacco and alcohol kills more people than weed, and that weed actually helps people. Is it about $$.
Then they had a great discussion about 9/11, and how the buildlings came down at the same time. And if there was enough heat to melt the metal structures in the WTC, how could it be that there was people standing next to the building? It would have been way too hot to be that close.
I think I am going to keep emailing management to give them more air time. I'd like to see them take Goyette's place - I can't listen to him.:spank:

3. Goyette is an ass. I change the station when he's on. |
|
He's got some good things to say about the war and the current administration, but then he goes and ruins it with libertarian b.s. and that men's rights guy that he has call in all the time.

4. I'm so glad I'm not the only one that feels like that! |

The day before the election, while he was still on 1100 am, he told his audience NOT TO VOTE FOR KERRY!!!!! And to vote for Bandarik. I don't know what kind of following Goyette has, but I was driving on the 101 when I heard that, and let's just say it's a good thing I didn't get into a wreck. Sorry, that election was too important to throw away a vote on a 3rd party... Yes, maybe we need to move to that direction, but not that election, and Bandarik didn't have enough following to make a difference. When it comes to * in office, you don't take that chance of throwing away your vote - on purpose. What they did to our votes we'll never know?! But, AZ was a virtual tie the weekend before the election. I will always wonder how * won by so much in this state.
Anyway, after that, I only listen to Goyette when I have to!
