4. Oh, sorry. The Republicans are upset because Napolitano's picture

is on billboards promoting Arizona tourism during an election year.

2. In a way that is sort of funny. Do you recall this?

When the tax and budget came out I think Bush had his pictures all over it. I think it was some thing new for the printing office if I recall . It seems to me most states put these people on ads. I think in this case it is an ad about the state and not an add about some thing they or she wish to pass.
