Big discussion on the ELL funding, Napolitano's vetoes.

Apparently the big difference between parties is that the Republicans want to give way more to vouchers, the scourge of the NCLB program.

The program is to fund English Language Learners. Private schools don't have ELL programs.

Vouchers take money away from public schools.

And the Republicans are mad at Napolitano.

Thank goodness she is standing her ground.

Democrat Lujan was very articulate and firm, convincing.
