So what is happening with Herb Payne's campaign this a.m.
We are doing a handcount no? And how many do we get to handcount? 2?

2. Not yet to the best of my knowledge. I was at elections this AM and they
won't start to really countr till tommorrow. They have to instruct the handcounters first per the new law and CD 3 wasn't one of the District selected by random. Herb WILL get a handcount if he contests if the race remains this close. My understanding is he pulled ahead this AM!
