Another march in support of comprehensive immigration reform will hit the streets of Phoenix on April 19.
As many as 2,000 people are expected to take part in the march from the state Capitol to Cesar Chavez Park and back.
United Farm Workers President Arturo Rodriguez said the march will send a message that people want a change in immigration policies.
"So, it's very important for us to be here, to be a part of this, to ensure that not only the state of Phoenix (Arizona), but that President Barack Obama realizes that the people of Arizona are in support of bringing about immigration reform."
"It's advantageous for the state of Arizona and most importantly it's advantageous to recognize the very important and critical human rights issue of treating people, whether they're immigrants or whether they've already been born and raised in this country as equals."
