There is is something wrong here folks or am I not reading correctly. 1. It is part of the AZ Constitution as well as the constitutions of most states. |

Can't be arrested for non-felonies while the legislature is in session. When the legislature is out of session they can be arrested then

FU citizens, I am better than you. I'm sorry there needs to be a change NOW! Jan Brewer did the same when she was stopped for a DUI - she did the same damn thing. If it was you or I - guess where we would be and what we would be wearing and eating? No one is above the law period!
