I can only guess that it's something like a large shareholders meeting. I see it as a good opportunity to embarass one of the worst corporations in the world and bring attention to the negative impact of their policies.

Yes, it's real. Last year, one of the Fayetteville (where the shareholder's meeting is held) stores donated somewhere in the range of $7000-$8000 to a local school for a new football scoreboard. Way to help the community... couldn't go to real education purposes, like computers or music programs.
