Protesters to ‘occupy’ Little Rock Saturday

LITTLE ROCK — Inspired by the Occupy Wall Street protests in New York, a group in Arkansas says it will hold a protest in downtown Little Rock on Saturday.

Occupy Little Rock plans to gather at the amphitheater in Riverfront Park at 9 a.m. for a march through the downtown area to the state Capitol, said Taylor Tisdale, one of the organizers of the protest.

The protesters will make stops along the way at Stephens Inc., the Federal Reserve Bank and Bank of America, she said ...
