Snyder and Boozman

OK, I just did some analysis of the House races this last year, and I have two questions.

1. Will we need to give protection to Snyder. He won only by 16 points in a two way race.
2. Is John Boozman beatable. Yes, he does come from a conservative part of Arkansas, but if we run the right type of Dem, would he be beatable.

Boozman is my rep. and he needs to go down. Wish we could find a dem that could take him out.

2. I understand your plight

Arkansas, like New Jersey, has had a great Democratic tradition, and there is no reason why you Arkies couldn't throw him out.

3. What is the process by which possible candidates are selected?

I don't know how parties go about looking for new candidates. Do they wait until someone wants to run or do they go out looking for good people who have the qualities to be a good candidates? I live outside of Russellville and I don't know of anyone who might be a good candidate. Maybe we should put an ad in the paper ...lol.

4. Gov race

I heard on the news today that Assa Hutchison may run for state gov. Seeing that he was an important man in the boarder security area, he is very high profile. Can the Democrats come up with someone to beat him? I wouldn't like to have another republican in office. After all, we had to have the feds come in and control the finances so our schools could stay open under Huckabee and the news says that 1/3 of our population lives in poverty. Maybe a Democrat could do a little better for the people of Arkansas.
