"Arkansan-by-marriage" Peter Sullivan is running for Congress in New Hampshire's 1st District. Peter is a graduate of the University of Arkansas Law School, a three-term state representative from Manchester, a former officer in the Army National Guard, and a moderate Democrat with a decidedly unmoderate attitude when it comes to taking on the district's ineffective and silly incumbent.

Peter's wife, Katya Williams Sullivan, grew up in Monticello, AR and graduated from UCA. Peter and Katya met at the 1992 Democratic convention, where she was a Clinton volunteer and he was a staffer for Paul Tsongas.
