Report on Jasper AR rally

Unfortunately, I wasn't able to attend the peace rally in Jasper Arkansas yesterday, but I got this email from one of the organizers, and have her permission to pass this on.

Also, please note, we'll be having ANOTHER rally in October, and we need folks there! For anyone interested, Jasper is on Arknasas 7, and is due south of Branson MO-an easy drive for anyone in Springfield MO.


Altho, our numbers were small in the Jasper Square, we
got way more thumbs up by the passersby than anything
else.
I think all the people who participated had a good
time - and that's what making Peace on Earth is all
about, in my humble opinion!

We were in agreement yesterday that we should have
another Demonstration for Peace in the Jasper Square,
in 3 weeks; that's Saturday, Oct 15, 12 noon - 3p.
Millions More March in DC again that same day and
time. I believe the issue there is Political
Prisoners and the criminalization of Black, Hispanic
and International men.

We will again be focusing on Peace (and can I say,
Political Reform?) Let's just really try to increase
our numbers! Tell your friends not to be afraid to
exercise our Constitutional right to voice our dissent!
