Newton County Group decides to air dirty laundry

The meeting of Citizens for Political Reform/Newton County Friends for Peace had a meeting at Ponca today, and decided to join United for Peace and Justice after the exemplary report given by Edelle, who went to the big rally in Washington DC.

After much discussion, we've decided on our next public action: we're going to make cardboard cutouts of tee shirts. On each cutout we're going to post a photo of a corrupt repuke official with what he's been charged with. One of our members, Cindy, who is retired and has time to do research, has come up with 150 "shirts". Our plan is to string them all on a clothesline and hang the line from the trees in the courthouse square in Jasper if we can get permission.
