Primary is Tuesday. Who ya votin' for? |
|
I'm voting for Dennis Kucinich (a send-a-message vote to John Kerry not to leave us progressives in his wake when he "runs to the middle")
I'm also voting for Lisa Burks in her Senate primary battle against Blanche Lincoln (same reason -- Lincoln voted for *'s tax cuts, IWR, the Patriot Act and other things).
Why not cast my votes for the candidates who most mirror my views?
Of course, I'll vote for Kerry and Lincoln in November.

2. It does my heart good to hear of people voting for Lisa Burks |
|
I admire that woman - for many reasons. I will definitely be voting for her.
For President, if Clark is NOT on our ballot, I will be voting for Dennis as well. Although I support John Kerry, he was neither my first or second choice.

I heard Kerry speak when he came and I'm still voting Kucinich in the primary. My two biggest issues in this election are the war in Iraq and the WTO/NAFTA. Kerry was on the Republican side on both of those issues and he needs to know that showing no convictions in order to win swing voters is a losing strategy.
I expect to vote for Lisa Burks to let Lincoln know she needs to stop catering to conservatives.
