1. Well, I notice we got rain by mid-October again. |
|
Perhaps an omen of another wet Winter.

5. The lightening was amazing |

I love it. I was outside until it got 2 wet. I love storms. Was wondering as well if this is yet another year for mud slides?

6. hmmm, yeah, fires, then mudslides... |

if there are some, I'm sure the local news will air them over and over. Weather becomes the news around here, doesn't it.

I live near two freeways and there were mega accidents on each of them and at the connector!

It started pouring down rain her in Bako around 5:45 pm. But coming out of weeks of hot weather, it was a great change. The cool breeze coming through our 2nd story bedroom window is a real treat.

11. This was quite the storm for October, eh? |
|
I measured 1.1" rain yesterday, and another 0.5" today. I don't think I've ever seen it do that in October before, but it does remind me of last year. This is when the excitement started.
