California, I will interview Dahr Jamail, unembedded journalist who has
reported extensively from Iraq since the 2003 Iraq invasion. His latest book is
The Will to Resist: Soldiers Who Refuse to Fight in Iraq and Afghanistan. On
"Speaking Truth to Empire" we talk about U.S. foreign policy and the actions of
the U.S. State Department, the CIA and the U.S. Military. These actions have
severe consequences not only for the people of other countries but also for the
American people.
