I'm looking for a bulletin board or two on campus to put up an ad offering housing -- and getting nowhere talking to the staff there. They keep patching me through to the dorms, lol!

...but you may want to check if they have a student newspaper. maybe you could place an ad with them? (or if it's a fee, and you don't really want to have to pay for an ad)....check their phone directory for the student union, which usually has bulletin boards galore.

All I really need to know is the location of the boards where people look so my friend can put up a notice. We had a housing office at my college but it's starting to sound as if Fresno does it some other way. :hi:

3. if they have on-campus housing...

...they may not encourage competition (as in availability of housing off-campus).:shrug: or they may have got confused and thought you were seeking on-campus housing, so they transferred you to that dept. :crazy: either way, good luck with the student union. let me know how it works out!
