The sunshine needs to be shone on the public pension system so that spiking and double dipping and other maneuvers that unethically increase pension amounts are exposed.

Lungren may have paid into the public system, but I'll bet he reaped far more rewards than what he paid in and he had pay maneuvers made that resulted in him receiving a larger pension. The system is broke and the fraud needs to be flushed out, especially when the recipients claim to be representing the public and political public servants.
