Dr. Bob Bowman speaks at the Reedley Peace Center

Bowman -- retired Lt.Col. in the US Air Force, Director of the Department of Defense's Star Wars program under presidents Ford and Carter. His Ph.D. is in aeronautics and nuclear engineering. He has run for political office, been a college professor, and has given thousands of talks across the US and Europe. Journalist Robert Scheer called Dr. Bowman "probably the best public speaker in the country today." Topic: A New Vision for America.
