Two inches of hail on the ground was reported by Lloyd Lindsay Young, wacko television weatherman, and resident of Cordelia. I live twenty, thirty miles north and experienced nothing, but I did wear long johns the next day.

It hit me as I was driving back to the Bay Area on hwy 4 in just outside of Stockton. Then it hit me again in Pitsburgh but nothing as I crossed into v-town. The temp dropped 11 degrees in 30 minutes. I know Fairfield/Cordelia also got that strange hail.
