More Proof El Paso County Is Full of Idiots

Douglas Bruce won the GOP primary last night for a spot on theis Board of County Commissioners.

Of course, these are the same idiots who used to vote for Betty Beedy.

After the TABOR fiasco, he needs to be kicked out of Colorado.

I'd rather see Doug Bruce move to another state. Like Idaho. And take James Dobson, Ed Bircham, and Mike Mckee with him.

For the benefit of those who are out of the area:

James Dobson is the head of Focus On the Family, which is headquartered in Colorado Springs.

Ed Bircham is a local businessman who places ads in the local paper twice weekly spewing his right-wing venon - he's also tried to drive the local weekly - The Independent - out of business.

Mike McKee is a local Born-Again idiot who protests the Colorado Springs Gay Pride Parade each year wearing sackcloth and ashes, spewing quotes from the Bible all the while. He makes Fred Phelps seem liberal.

Will Perkins - the king homophobe after Dobson. I'm a great Christian...please come buy my cars. He will burn in hell for Amendment 2.

Chuck Asay - the reason I stopped my Gazette subscription. The editorial page of the Gazette was always horrible, but his "cartoons" made me sick.

El Paso County is a tough place to live, but I won't move. I can do more good in this conservative hellhole than in a liberal area.

I work for a major defense contractor in Colorado Springs, and drive up every day from Pueblo West.

If you ever listen to Joseph Michelli's show on KVOR (740 AM) in the afternoons, Mike McKee calls in quite often. So does this imbecile named Ron who seems to do nothing all day but phone in to radio shows.

I manage to get through on Joseph's show quite often, too. I'm "Wayne from Pueblo".
