Funny..
I was just looking through a person that I happen to know that is a Repuke here in Colorado. I check newsmeat and I find not 1, but *TWO* instances of the same donation before the primaries/GE to one Bob Beauprez... isn't that against the law?

1. No it is probably ok
You are allowed $2000 per election...the primary and general election are considered seperate elections.

Judging by the dates one of these was for the primary and another for the general election

Our state primary was on August the 10th.

4. if a candidate
carries a debt for the primary, you can still raise money towards that primary fund as well as for the general election.
