...but the rest of you might find it interesting.

Team Kerry--
The Mother Jones that arrived in the mail today (Sept-Oct
issue) has a superb article on 527's doing peer-to-peer
organizing. As of Saturday 8/21, the article isn't yet
posted at www.motherjones.com , but perhaps soon.
In any case, the sidebar has links to three interesting
organizations, one of which is working in Colorado though
not in Fort Collins. These are worth a glance, if you're
so inclined:
(1) www.drivingvotes.org
and its CO voter guide:
http://www.drivingvotes.org/states/colorado.pdf(2) www.wvwv.org (Women's Voices Women's Vote)
which has a link to
http://www.womensorganizations.org/pdfs/abcs.pdf ("The ABC's of Women's Issues")
(3) www.envirovictory.org
This group is currently targeting Florida, New
Mexico, Oregon, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin. No
idea if they're open to adding CO to that list,
but feel free to pursue that if environment is
your special passion.
Enjoy,
Robert
