Dear Dens in Colorado:

We in Texas are fighting hard to get rid of House Majority Leader Tom DeLay, and this week YOUR VOICE can help.

The House Ethics Committee has given itself until Monday, September 20 to decide whether to appoint special counsel and launch an investigation into the (very provable) corruption charges against DeLay. PLEASE CALL THE COMMITTEE CHAIRMAN, Colorado Representative Joel Hefley at 719-520-0055 and demand that special counsel be appointed.

There are 5R's and 5D's on the committee. 4 of the R's have received $$$ from Tom DeLay. He has essentially paid off his jury.

PLEASE LET THEM KNOW YOU ARE WATCHING. Letters to the editor of Colorado Springs area papers this week would also help a lot.
