why is it time to move? Supposedly these troops will only be here temporarily (a few years) and they will help the economy. I live ON Ft. Carson, I don't see the problem.

2. This is for civilians, primarily... if you're planning on looking to move, |

the housing market is going to get tight very quickly with 3700 families incoming. Therefore, if one was considering a move, it's better to make it now before that influx than to try ot make it later and compete with them for the same housing.
