the Beer man -
Tomorrow nite on Ch. 9 and Sun a.m. on "Meet the Press"
I really hope Ken hits Coors hard on his admission of being "not well enough informed" - that should KILL Coors.

1. I'll watch it and decide if I want to fund Ken |

I occasionally fund out of state campaigns. I am delighted to hear that a democrat is a contender in Colorado.

according to today's polls. He has a "slight" lead over Coors and this is in spite of Bush still having a lead in this state. So, I think Salazar has a real chance. He's gotten some assistance from the DNC, so it's been a competitive race. Most importantly, he's a stand-up guy and much more qualified than the beer man.

4. I think Salazar is more qualified |

It was unfortunate that Ken Salazar had to defend Bush's pro-Iraq-war position. The death penalty discussion was interesting. The discussion of age 18 drinking was a waste of time.

I was surprised Russert brought that one up. What a red herring. But Ken is having to walk a finer line than Kerry. I wish he'd just make a commitment and sound as if he means it.
