help! sproul and associates -- CO connection?

urgently seeking any information connecting the Arizona-based rightwing firm Sproul and Associates to voter registration drives in Colorado.
Sproul has been linked to the destruction of Democratic voter registrations in Nevada and Oregon in the last couple of days, under the guises of "Voters Outreach of America" as well as "America Votes!" (impersonating affiliation with the real organization).
