Hi ya'll-- I just got back from one of the best vacations in my life, spent mostly in northwestern Colorado (Rocky Mtn N. P., Mt. Evans, and Independence) and Wyoming (Dubois, Thermopolis, and Grand Tetons). I was visiting friends in Denver and we did LOTS of road/camping trips.
Wow-- I guess all that awesome scenery isn't photoshopped after all, LOL! I'll post some pics in a day or two-- just got in from the 22 hr drive home and after I wind down from the road I'm gonna collapse for a few hours!

glad you had a nice time in our state. You're welcome anytime! Next time, you should try the southwest corner- San Juan mountains,the Million Dollar highway, etc. It reminds me of the Alps.

I've lived on the front range my entire life. I use to take the views & weather for granted until I started travelling a little, then I realized what a fab place I live in. And the Tetons, well, they are absolutely fantastic!
